The location of this hotel is excellent, just steps away from St. John's Basilica and the center of Selcuk. It's also a short walk to the Ephesus Museum and the bus station. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. They go above and beyond to assist guests, such as giving free rides to local attractions and recommending great restaurants. Despite being a small family-run pension, the hotel offers basic amenities and the rooms are comfortable with a double bed and a single bed, providing enough space for guests. The breakfast at this hotel is lovely, with a variety of options including fruit, bread, cheese, jam, honey.
Everything was fine and met our expectations.

Dinner and drinks were good and well priced. Free shuttles appreciated. Presence of a shop would be good for some..not for others. I felt a bit like a hotel guest and potential client at the same time. For me one of these is enough. Nicely decorated and ok value

The Bella Hotel was a wonderful place to stay--the staff was helpful and friendly, the lobby, rooms and lovely, roof-top breakfast area decorated in a tasteful and 'traditional Turkish' fashion. It was one of the most beautiful and delightful hotels I have stayed at in my travels throughout Europe
Everything was well-done

Rooms were clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated in Turkish decor. Access to beautiful terrace for relaxing as well as meals was appreciated.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to locate our glasses which were lost in buses or taxis between Izmir and Selcuk. After locating them, they arranged for us to collect them from our next forward destination. An outstanding level of service which was much appreciated.

I recently stayed at Bella Hotel for a short visit. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, with Erdahl personally driving me to Ephesus and Nazmi sharing their knowledge of Turkish nomadic culture. The hotel itself is like a historical museum, beautifully decorated with ceramics and rugs. The rooftop restaurant offers delicious food and stunning views of the St. John basilica ruins. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the train station and main attractions. I highly recommend this heartwarming hotel.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

Overall a good value for money. The hotel decoration is very nice. We also like their terrace restaurant.
Some of the hotel staff are not very friendly, especially the man who probably is the owner was quite rude to us when he knew that we bought a carpet from other shops (they run a jewelry-cum-carpet shop just next to the hotel). I think we don't have any obligation to visit or buy from their shop even if we stay at their hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem on a hill in a charming town. The views from the rooftop terraces are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are small but cozy, with old Osman-style decor that adds a touch of elegance. I loved browsing through the collection of books available in the room, which was a nice touch. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring that my stay was comfortable.
All was great, no complaints.

We liked the hosts of the hotel. They were very courteous throughout our stay. The proximity to Ephesus and orher sites is a great plus point.
I found the room too small for the price (75 euro per night). Food for vegetarians is a bit of a issue due to the set items cooked

This hotel exudes olde world Turkish charm with its antique-filled interiors and dark wood furnishings. The hilltop location offers breathtaking views of the town center, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a drink on the rooftop terrace. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast served on the roof terrace is simply delightful, with a wide variety of options and a beautiful backdrop of Şelçuk.
Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

Everything! My Turkish colleague recommend this place as the "perfect hotel in Selcuk" and she was absolutely right. The rooms are gorgeous, the location excellent, the staff exceptionally helpful and informative, and the meals were terrific. It was worth having dinner in their lovely upstairs restaurant. If you are going to Ephesus (Efes), I would strongly recommend that you make this quaint part of Selcuk your base. I wish I had allocated 3 days to just relax and enjoy the hotel. I should add that they have a shop in the hotel that sells high quality ceramics, boxes, rugs etc. We bought some tiles rather on impulse and was pleased to see that the bazaar in Istanbul was offering less nice items for twice the price. For a lot of haggling you might do as well in Istanbul as you can get at the store price at Bella.
It was perfect, honestly!

We had a wonderful time at a hotel in a prime location. The terrace view was breathtaking, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the ruins and castle. The owners went above and beyond, offering a free ride to nearby attractions and even introducing us to a local restaurant with authentic Turkish cuisine. The breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
